HOW BUSINESSES CAN PARTICIPATE

• Title Sponsor: $25,000
  Includes your company name on tickets, banners, golf shirts, bags, and literature.
• Hole Sponsors/With Foursome: $3000
  Your company can design the hole layout with your logo, literature, etc.
• Golf Ball Sponsor: $3000
  Your company logo with Rising Star Outreach, one sleeve given to every player.
• Single Foursome: $2000
• Beverage Cart Sponsor: $1000

CORPORATE PRIZES:

• Businesses are welcome to put together prize packages to promote their organizations.
• For example, Stowe Ski Resort in Vermont has donated a “stay and ski” package which will be awarded as one of the prizes.

SPONSORSHIP PRIZES:

Business are also welcome to contribute to Sponsorship Prizes. In these prizes, players will have the opportunity to win the following on behalf of the leprosy affected families in India.  Companies and Individuals are invited to Sponsor these prizes:

• (3) Full Ride Child Sponsorship (presented by company in the name of the player) $5000
  This prize will cover the cost of a child’s education from the 1st through the 12th grade, including all living expenses and tuition at the Rising Star boarding school. During those twelve years, your company and the player will develop a relationship with this child through letters, pictures, and updates as to the child’s progression.
• (3) Eight Year Primary School Sponsorship: (presented by company in the name of the player) $3500
  This prize will cover the cost of a child’s education from the 1st through the 8th grade, including all living expenses and tuition. During those six years, your company and the player will develop a relationship with this student through letters, pictures, and updates updating you on their progression.
• (3) Four Year High School Sponsorship (presented by company in the name of the player) $1500
  This prize will cover the cost of a child’s education from the 9th through the 12th grade, including all living expenses and tuition. During those four years, your company and the player will develop a relationship with this student through letters, pictures, and updates updating you on their progression.
• (5) Five Small Business Loans (presented by company in the name of the player) $1500
  This prize will allow five leprosy affected people to begin a new life with a small business of their choice.  Your company and the player will receive updates as to the progression of the loans.
• (20) One Year Child Sponsorship (presented by company in the name of the player) $360
  This prize will cover the cost of a child’s education for one year, including all living expenses and tuition. During the year, the child will develop a relationship with this player through letters, pictures, and updates as to the child’s progression.

Swag Bags: The board of directors of Rising Star Outreach is anticipating this tournament to be the first of an annual event.  As such, those invited to participate in this tournament will be influential members of the Utah Chamber of Commerce.  All Hole Sponsors are therefore invited to contribute one promotional item to the swag bag which includes their logo.  Non-Hole Sponsors will be invited to contribute to the bag if there is space available after the sponsors contribute.
