Ambiga loves to have her picture taken. When volunteers have their cameras out she often goes out of her way to ensure they take a photo or two (or twenty)!  Ambiga is well loved amongst the children and especially the group of girls around her same age. She never passes up an opportunity to laugh, smile, or dance. In a recent school program, Ambiga was chosen to dance one of the most difficult traditional Tamil dances and she preformed beautifully. She is unaware, unaffected, or uninterested in the fact that she has a bit of a deviating eye. Her self confidence quickly makes you forget that you ever noticed. Despite her usual elegant demeanor, Ambiga can also get out there at playtime and turn into a force to be reckoned with at badminton, soccer, or tag.
