Amy Antonelli, Executive Director |

Amy Antonelli, a 2007 Center for Social Innovation Fellow at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, joined Rising Star Outreach in February 2005 after visiting the organization during a humanitarian trip to India. Since then, she has divided her time between her home in Palo Alto, California, and India. Prior to her involvement with Rising Star, Amy acted as a spokesperson for Apple in the Executive Relations office and helped build PowerSchool, Inc., leading up to its acquisition by Apple in 2002. A graduate of Brigham Young University, Amy has also lived abroad in Italy and Malta. She enjoys marathon running, calligraphy, and is an avid reader. Amy considers her work with the children and Leprosy patients to be among the greatest blessings of her life. |

Sylvia Finlayson, Director Program Development |

Sylvia Finlayson holds a M.A. degree from the University of Utah in Political Science with an emphasis in rural development. Most recently she served as Executive Director with Care For Life, a development organization working in Mozambique, Africa. Former advisory board member to C.H.O.I.C.E. Humanitarian, expedition leader for Habitat for Humanity and Reach the Children, Sylvia has been involved in humanitarian work in several countries around the world. She also worked as a world history teacher for many years and as Associate Editor for an international online magazine. Sylvia is a private pilot and holds a ham radio license. She is currently working on her PhD in Educational Leadership. |

C. Taggart Grant graduated magna cum laude in English from BYU and was awarded the Skirball scholarship to study at Oxford. After completing his studies in England he attended Columbia Law School in New York City where he was named a Harlan Fiske Stone scholar. He also taught courses at the law school and the university. After Columbia, Tagg joined the law firm of Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen, and Hamilton where he represented clients such as the Republic of Argentina, Chile, Goldman Sachs, and Gucci. He participated in refinancing the national debt of Argentina and restructuring of the Brazilian Embratel debt. Most recently, Tagg worked on a case that was argued in front of the Supreme Court of the United States. He is currently on sabbatical from his law practice to act as the Rising Star Outreach International managing director in India.
Tagg was America's Academic Decathlon national champion. He speaks Portuguese, Creole, Spanish, English, and can read Hebrew. Besides England, he has also lived abroad in Portugal and Africa. He is an avid writer and has worked in preproduction of some major Hollywood films. He competes in fencing tournaments, is a recognized guitarist, singer, photographer, and in his spare time, he loves to surf.

Brian Andre is the owner and creative director of Andre & Associates Advertising and Creative Services. Since 1991 Andre & Associates has specialized in doing award-winning, results-driven advertising campaigns and marketing pieces. The agency has a unique blend of talented artists, writers and technical experts that work together to keep the creative product at its peak and the budget affordably low. Mr. Andre has also spends part of his time as the Online Creative Director for Script to Screen Productions. For more than fifteen years he has supervised the finished design and final editing of hundreds of Direct Response television productions. In this capacity he also interacts directly with clients and marketing directors for many of America’s most successful and demanding companies. Brian donates a significant amount of his time and talents to designing and producing the marketing materials for Rising Star and is a wonderful advocate for the Leprosy-affected people of India. |

Mike McLeod was graduated magna cum laude from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, with a B.A. in Advertising. He received his M.A. in Communications with an emphasis in filmmaking from Georgia State University in Atlanta. He currently is the editor of Southeastern Antiquing and Collecting Magazine, but he previously served in the Communications Department of the American Cancer Society’s national headquarters as a creative writer for five years. He has also worked as a grant writer for the Odyssey Family Counseling Center in Hapeville, Ga., and as an advertising copywriter and PR coordinator for a variety of businesses. After high school, Mike served four years in the United States Marine Corps. Two of those years, he served in Spain. Before college, he lived and worked on the Navajo Reservation for nearly two years. He and his wife Marla are the parents of one daughter and four sons, all four of whom have earned their Eagle Scout rank in the Boy Scouts of America. |

Doug Greer spends a great deal of time in front of a computer screen as a systems engineer for an international publishing company during the day. Doug holds a BS in Elementary Education and has spent part of his career as a trainer working with teachers. Finding it hard to refuse a cry for help, Doug spends many late nights helping friends and family with their various (and frequent) computer related issues. He is the father of twins (boy and girl) who keep him on his toes and remind him that the most important things are often very small. When he is able to break away from the computer, Doug is an avid sports fan and enjoys pretending to play. As a child and teenager, Doug traveled and attended school in South Africa and has a hard time calling any one place home. Currently home is in Gilbert, AZ. |

Amy Humphrey, or 'Amelia', as we like to call her, has lived in Georgia all of her life. She currently resides in Alpharetta with her husband, Steve, and her four beautiful children. She has always been active in her children's schools and her local community and has a soft spot for small children. For years her time and talents have gravitated towards service for children - especially those with special needs. She loves problem solving and thinking on her toes and spends her spare time in her vegetable garden, on her sewing machine, or singing with an exclusive choir "Chords of Faith". She joined Rising Star in November 2006 and took her first trip to India shortly thereafter. She feels incredibly blessed to be part of this great organization. |

Christine Cronquist, Volunteer Coordinator, USA |

Christine Cronquist resides in Alpharetta Georgia with her husband Mark and their three daughters, Diane, Rochelle and Danielle. Christine has been active in her children's schools and her community for many years as a volunteer and advocate for children. She served on the PTA executive board of her children's elementary and middle schools for 10 years including four years as President. She served as school council Chair and as a member of the school council at both the elementary and middle school levels. Christine has also served in a number of volunteer positions for her church and especially enjoys working in the youth organization. After volunteering in India with her daughters and having a truly amazing experience, Christine is now helping others find the same joy in service that she has, by working as one of Rising Star's Volunteer Coordinators. |

Emilie Predmore was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. She is currently studying at Brigham Young University. After volunteering in India for two consecutive summers and falling in love with the people and the work, Emilie has become an indispensable expert on the programs in India. She will be coordinating all the volunteer sessions of summer 2007 on the ground. Emilie enjoys running and writing and is a kind and wonderful friend to everyone she knows. |
