Jim and Pam Gates
  Pam and Jim Gates call Atlanta, Georgia home and are the parents of two children and six grandchildren.  Jim is a retired Army Medical Services Officer having served over 30 years total military service.  He hold a B.S. in Biology, a M.S. in Educational Psychology and 30 advanced degree credit hours in Public Health.  In addition to his military service, he had his own institutional health services business, worked for the CDC and at the time of his becoming Managing Director of Rising Star Outreach, was a high school Special Education teacher, primarily for math and science.  Pam has been a professional choir director for over 25 years.  She formerly was an opera singer studying in Germany and the United States.  She was the Southern California Music Teachers Singer of the Year, a finalist in the Western Regional Metropolitan Opera auditions and a winner of the Grane Award given to singers by the Seattle Opera Company.  In addition, she has worked with ESL (English as a second language) grade school students and has taught several adult classes in various subjects over the past 30 years.
